Bluetooth problem on Windows 10

မေန႔ညက မီးပ်က္ေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ့ ကြန္ျပဴတာနဲ႔ ခ်ိတ္ထားတဲ့ bluetooth speaker ကို join ထားတာ ျဖဳတ္လိုက္ပါတယ္။ မီးျပန္လာေတာ့ ျပန္ join လိုက္တယ္။ မီးက ၁မိနစ္ေလာက္ၾကာေတာ့ ျပန္ ပ်က္သြားျပန္ေရာ။ အဲလိုနဲ႔ connect လုပ္လိုက္ disconnect လုပ္လိုက္နဲ႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ့ computer ရဲ႕ bluetooth device ေလး error တက္သြားျပီး Device Manager မွာ ေပၚလိုက္ ေပ်ာက္လိုက္ ျဖစ္ေနေတာ့တယ္။

၁. ဒါနဲ႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္လည္း Bluetooth ကို disable လုပ္ျပီး ျပန္ enable လုပ္တယ္။ error က မေပ်ာက္ဘူး။ Device Manager ထဲ  ေနာက္တစ္ေခါက္ ျပန္ဝင္ၾကည့္ေတာ့ Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Fail) လို႔ ေအာက္ဘက္မွာ ေပၚေနတယ္။ Update Driver လုပ္လည္း မရဘူး။

၂. Bluetooth driver ကို Lenovo website ကေန download ျပန္ဆြဲျပီး install ျပန္လုပ္တယ္။ မရဘူး။

၃. System Restore ျပန္လုပ္တယ္ မရဘူး။

ေနာက္ဆံုး Googling လုပ္ျပီး လိုက္ေမႊၾကည့္ေတာ့ ကိုယ္ေတြလို ျဖစ္တဲ့ သူေတြလည္း အမ်ားသား ဆိုတာ ေတြ႕လိုက္ရတယ္ဗ်။ အားမငယ္ရေတာ့ဘူးေပါ့။ အဲလိုနဲ႔ ၁၅ မိနစ္ေလာက္ ေလွ်ာက္ရွာၾကည့္လိုက္ေတာ့ အေျဖတစ္ခုရတယ္။ ဘယ္လိုလည္းဆိုေတာ့ –
